Larger artworks, which require custom-built wooden crates for added protection, do take a bit more time (10-14 days). I want to guarantee that your piece arrives to you in perfect condition, so shipping for larger items may extend due to the individual crafting of wooden crates.

1. Store credit for the full purchase price, or
2. A refund to your original payment method less a 20% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount.

I offer you the opportunity to create artworks entirely according to your individual preferences and desired size.

The process is straightforward and transparent: Initially, I will create a sketch or design that accurately reflects your ideas. Once everything aligns with your expectations, a 50% upfront payment is required. This serves as security for your order and enables the commencement of the artistic work.

Upon completion of the project and your satisfaction with the final result, the remaining 50% payment is due. My goal is always to produce artworks of the highest quality. If, at any point, you are not satisfied, there will be no additional costs.
